For some new Realtors the love of working in a sales role helping customers draws them into the real estate business – but that wasn’t the case for Bryant Realtor Julie Fuller.

Julie was drawn to the real estate profession because of her lifelong love of architecture and design.

“I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in design. Selling real estate is a natural fit for me,” said Julie. “I feel my background in interior design will go a long way in helping my clients get their home sold fast. It will also help me to assist buyers in finding their dream home.”

For the past few years, Julie worked as a graphic designer. She assisted clients in creating virtual businesses.

“It was exciting to help clients create their dream businesses, but I’m eager to pursue my new career as a Realtor and help clients find their dream home,” said Julie. “It is a very exciting venture to move to a new home and I can’t wait to be a part of that journey with every client I help.”

Chris N. Rix Looks Back At 2009 As A Difficult And Successful Year For Home Sales

‘Better Days Ahead’ seems to be the prevailing attitude among many in the real estate industry. Among those in agreement is Hot Springs Realtor Chris N. Rix. After a year of falling home prices, record low interest rates and federal homebuyer tax credits – Rix and many in the business of selling homes – are looking to 2010 as a turning point year for the industry.

“Anyone remotely affiliated in the real estate business has had a difficult 2009,” said Chris N. Rix, a Realtor with Crye-Leike, REALTORS. “Having been a licensed Realtor since 2005, I have now seen housing markets run hot, cold and just plain difficult.”

Grove Realtor Judy Hillshafer is no stranger to the real estate profession. Although she didn’t start out in the industry as a Realtor, Judy has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Oklahoma for two and half years.

“I have been associated with the RE/MAX Grand Lake office in Grove in various capacities since 2001,” said Judy. “I started as their receptionist and advanced to Administrative Assistant for the Brokers. After a short leave of absence, I decided to obtain a Realtor’s license and start my own real estate career.”

Debbie is a licensed Affiliate Broker assisting buyers and sellers in and around Murfreesboro and surrounding Middle Tennessee counties. She has been in the real estate profession for 5 years and is licensed to assist clients in both Tennessee and Kentucky.

Debbie lives in Murfreesboro, Tennessee with her husband Paul. She has 2 children Luke Plunkett and Wesley Plunkett.
