Like many full time Realtors, Crye-Leike’s Rachael Henderson has decided to change the way she does business in response to the economic changes effecting the real estate industry. Her business plan recently sent her back to the classroom to obtain her Tennessee Broker License.

“I think it’s critical that I stay ahead of the curve to help my clients navigate this challenging market,” said Rachael. “A Broker’s license is a more advance and detailed degree of education and experience.”

With her advanced knowledge – Rachael feels ever more qualified to help her clients face the challenges of buying and selling in the current market.

“The dream homes are out there, so for buyers, finding the right financing solutions and managing a rapidly changing process is critical,” said Rachael. “For sellers, pricing and marketing for the internet savvy buyer is a top priority.”

If she had to predict, Rachael believes the outlook for 2010 is promising with the extended and expanded availability of a tax credit for first time and repeat homebuyers.

“Helping more homebuyers capitalize on the tax credit will be a focus for me,” said Rachael. “We’ve never seen a market like this and probably… hopefully will never again. My job is to consider the advantage and opportunity for each client and then help them make the best decision possible.”

Angela brings more than five years of mortgage loan servicing experience to her new real estate sales business with Crye-Leike. On the lending side, most of her involvement has been with properties and individuals in or on the verge of going into foreclosure and bank repossession.
