Crye-Leike, REALTORS Welcomes William And Stacy Bearfield To Cleveland Office

Cooking up something good… whether it’s through their love of food or music… has always been a staple in the home of William and Stacy Bearfield.

“I enjoy cooking new dishes and only wish I were more creative and crafty but I’m trying,” said Stacy Bearfield. “I enjoy spending time with my family most of all – and especially like movie nights with my sons.”

Stacy also enjoys watching her husband William perform in his band. Music has been a part of William’s life since he was a child. For more than 20 years he’s played the drums and he enjoys frequent bookings as a karaoke host and D.J.

Today that collective love for making great food and music has led the Bearfields to find a new kind of harmony together in home sales.

“We’ve decided to give real estate sales a try,” said William. “Crye-Leike seems like the absolute best fit for us.”

With their newly earned licenses to buy and sell real estate in Tennessee, the Bearfields have joined Crye-Leike, REALTORS and are based out of the company’s Cleveland branch office located at 4627 North Lee Highway.

“I got into real estate with my husband to make a better life for our family and give us more opportunities to balance our careers with our family,” said Stacy. “I hope to match people with homes that meet both their personal needs as well as their budget so they have the best chance to be a successful homeowner.”

Prior to joining the Realtor ranks, William was employed for 14 years at Maytag/Whirlpool. Stacy had previously worked for CIGNA Healthcare from 2000 until 2006, and has since devoted herself full-time as a stay-at-home mom for her biological, adoptive and foster children.

“During my time at Maytag/Whirlpool I met a lot of people,” said Williams. “Hopefully I made a good impression with them and they’ll think of me when they’re ready to buy or sell a house or property.”

In addition to his real estate license, William has received special training from the Tennessee Housing Development Authority (THDA). He’s knowledgeable about homeowner and homebuyer programs and the affordable housing opportunities available through the agency.

“So far this transition into real estate sales has been very exciting,” said Stacy. “I am looking forward to helping many people find their dream home or sell so they may start a new chapter in their life.”

Karen Woods Ramsey Joins Her Son In Law In Business At Crye-Leike Hixson

Judy Garland, in her most famous movie role as Dorothy in ‘The Wizard Of Oz’ reminds every fan of the family classic of the film’s underlying truth… there’s no place like home.

After being mostly a homemaker for several years Karen Woods Ramsey of Signal Mountain – while loving the home life – was presented with a business opportunity to up her home game. And turns out… it was an offer she just couldn’t refuse.

“My son-in-law asked me to join him in his real estate career and all I could say is WOW, what a compliment,” said Karen. “My first reaction was really? But I immediately turned to my ever-so-wise husband to ask what he thought and his response was two thumbs up.”

Karen’s husband Winfred told her it would be great and she’d be great selling real estate. What Karen soon realized is that the initial road to become a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and start a career in real estate would not be easy.

“After being out of school for 35+ years I studied, prayed, studied and prayed,” said Karen. “And here I am now, a Realtor – now who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks?”

Karen has teamed-up with her son-in-law TJ Peck to form “The Home Team” based out of the Crye-Leike Hixson branch office located at 5870 Highway 153, Suite 101. She intends to bring both common sense and plenty of business sense to her new home team.

“My previous work experience of ten years was as an office manager for Austin Building Corporation and Austin Rentals of Chattanooga,” said Karen. “This position taught me management skills of superior quality and the importance of serving the public honestly and with excellence of character… the same skills I believe are required as a Realtor with Crye-Leike.”

Realtor Helen Dansker Joins Crye-Leike, REALTORS In Bella Vista With Nearly Three Decades Of Experience Helping Clients Realize Their Real Estate Dreams

While she’s a relative newcomer to Bella Vista and Northwest Arkansas, Realtor Helen Dansker brings to the region a wealth of experience, passion and love for her new community and excitement for helping future real estate clients find the home or property that fits their dreams and needs.

“Real Estate has always been tremendously exciting to me and I am blessed to be able to continue down that path in Northwest Arkansas,” said Helen. “For that, I especially have to thank my fiancé Jim who has been supportive of me and so motivating through my transition in the past year and a half from my beloved Northwest Ohio to amazing Northwest Arkansas.”

Not long after settling in, Helen visited and interviewed with several local Brokers, and as she put it, “I was adamant about what I looked for in a real estate office and I had a list of questions as long as my arm.” Crye-Leike, its Bella Vista Managing Broker and sales associates, had Helen from the moment she paid them a visit.

“Crye-leike seemed to be the closest match to the criteria I was searching for, and Bella Vista Managing Broker Dave Mishler and the team of professionals here were the perfect pieces to the puzzle,” said Helen. “The agents embraced me as their team member and have been exceptionally helpful and encouraging from the start.”

Many of the agents at Crye-Leike Bella Vista followed Managing Broker Mishler from other area real estate offices when the new branch sales center opened in March 2009. Helen says she found that loyalty to be incredible.

“It was evident immediately that Dave was extremely dedicated to his role as Broker,” said Helen. “It was obvious real estate was in his blood much like my former Brokers in Ohio.”

Real Estate and Helen fit like a glove. And before home & property sales, she sold for some of the biggest brands in the business.

“I was once the youngest “Avon Lady’ in the State of Ohio and at one time was the only female sales person in the country for Caterpillar,” said Helen. “I have been in sales, sales management and sales training for most of my adult life. From Teddy Bears to CAT construction and building equipment and voicing radio commercials with Clear Channel Broadcasting, to my current passion for real estate.”

Curiosity about real estate sales struck Helen more than 30 years ago… taking her first Pre-licensing class while very pregnant with her second child.

“I have continuously maintained my real estate license and education and have been an involved Realtor for much of the past 28 years,” said Helen. A friend told her she’d be good at it. “It wasn’t until years after my friend encouraged me to enter the business, that I learned her father was one of the largest commercial real estate developers of malls and shopping centers in the Midwest and her mother was both a Realtor and owned her own interior decorating company.”

Helen, it seemed, was hooked from the get-go. The thrill of helping people buy and sell real estate as a financial transaction and an emotional experience is one she enjoys bringing together, to satisfy both the dreams and needs.

Sherwood’s Brad Miles Has Turned The Dream Of Owning His Own Business Into Reality Joining Crye-leike, REALTORS North Little Rock

For as long as he could remember, Brad Miles of Sherwood says he’s always had a desire to own his own business. The tough part – up until just recently – was figuring out what type of business that would be.

“Since I can remember I have desired to own my own business, but never knew what type of business I wanted,” said Brad. “I’ve always had a passion for real estate and as my recently chosen new career it will allow me the flexibility to spend time with my family and 14 month old daughter and fulfill this desire and passion I have for growing a real estate business.”

As a partner of sorts in this new venture is the real estate sales powerhouse of Crye-Leike, REALTORS. Brad says with the experienced Brokers already with the company and being #1 in Arkansas, joining the firm was as he put it – a “no brainer.”

With a marketing & management degree and the wealth of knowledge I gained from my previous career, I decided to take the plunge into real estate.”

Like so many in the current global recession, Brad’s corporate career path took an unexpected turn when he was let go after a six-year career with Alltel, which more recently was known as Verizon Wireless.

“I held multiple roles there that included Financial Service’s Representative, Indirect Account Coordinator, Retail Channel Support Analyst and Product Marketing Manager,” said Brad. “Now I have the opportunity to put all I have learned into a business where I can be that person who goes the extra mile for clients to make their dreams come true.”

With a minimal investment and his experience in marketing, Brad sees selling real estate with Crye-Leike as a great fit.

“It was a lengthy process but with God’s help I believe Crye-Leike North Little Rock has all the tools and technology I need to succeed,” said Brad. “I spent many hours and days thinking and praying about this transition. And one day I pray that I will have the opportunity to be a Broker and possibly run one of my own branch office in the future.”

Brad has many fond memories of his time in the corporate world – first with Alltel and then Verizon. In his last role with the company he managed the ringtone and ringback tone products.

“I worked with all the major music labels in the industry and multiple vendors that built applications to make it all possible for consumers to download music to their cell phone,” said Brad. “It was a great job and I made a lot of great friends there. Now with my faith and God’s direction, exciting and new opportunities await me as I help people achieve their own personal hopes and dreams in real estate.

Real Estate Broker Ken Stapler is eager to take his work in real estate to the next level in 2010. He recently transferred to Crye-Leike from Rocket Realty – and hopes the change will allow him to commit to his real estate business full time.

“I feel that the move to Crye-Leike will allow me to become a full-time Realtor in a short period of time,” said Stapler.

Grove resident Michele Norwood didn’t grow up in the city of Grove – but she has many fond memories of family week-end trips and summer vacations spent on Grand Lake.

Those memories drew her back to the Grand Lake area to live full-time many years ago.

Michele’s love and passion for the Grand Lake area is why she enjoys her career as a Realtor helping clients find that perfect home on the lake.

“I have been a Realtor in the Grand Lake, Grove area for 14 years. I love living on the lake and all of beautiful Northeast Oklahoma,” said Crye-Leike Realtor Michele Norwood. “My love of the Grand Lake area spills over into my enthusiasm for selling Real Estate.
