Grove Oklahoma Realtor Loves Assisting Clients In The City She’s Called Home For 14 Years

Michele Norwood Is Eager To Continue Helping Buyers & Sellers Find A Home To Enjoy On Grand Lake As She Joins Crye-Leike, REALTORS First Sales Office In Oklahoma

Grove resident Michele Norwood didn’t grow up in the city of Grove – but she has many fond memories of family week-end trips and summer vacations spent on Grand Lake.

Those memories drew her back to the Grand Lake area to live full-time many years ago.

Michele’s love and passion for the Grand Lake area is why she enjoys her career as a Realtor helping clients find that perfect home on the lake.

“I have been a Realtor in the Grand Lake, Grove area for 14 years. I love living on the lake and all of beautiful Northeast Oklahoma,” said Crye-Leike Realtor Michele Norwood. “My love of the Grand Lake area spills over into my enthusiasm for selling Real Estate. I enjoy working with first-time buyers, buyers looking for their dream retirement home, and buyers looking for their week-end get away.”

Michele recently transferred her real estate license to Crye-Leike, REALTORS and joined the company’s first sales office in the state of Oklahoma in Grove. Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Michele was a sales associate with the Century 21 Real Estate office in Grove.

Four years ago Michele began working with Grove Realtor Norm Carnett and they joined their real estate business together forming the Grand Lake Sales Team.

“Our combined expertise in real estate has been a great asset to both our buyers and sellers,” said Michele. “When we had the chance to help open the first Crye-Leike office in Oklahoma, we jumped at the opportunity. We are so impressed at what Crye-Leike offers their sales associates with marketing and support and think we have picked a great company to be associated with.”

Michele is a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma assisting buyers and sellers in and around Delaware, Ottawa, and Mayes counties. She specializes in residential real estate focusing on first-time homebuyers, relocation, town homes and condominiums.

“I love helping buyers find a great home in the Grand Lake area so they can enjoy the wonderful lake living I love so much,” said Michele. “I also take great pride in working with sellers and helping them market their home. Buying or Selling a home can be an emotional experience and taking away the worry and emotions from the buyers and sellers is my job.”

Michele is a member of the Northeast Oklahoma Board of Realtors, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is the Past Secretary-Treasure, Past Vice-President and current President Elect of the local Northeast Oklahoma Board of Realtors. With the NEOBR, Michele has also participated in several charity golf and bowling tournaments.

Grove Realtor Enjoys Helping First-Time Buyers Find A Perfect Home In Grand Lake

Judy Hillshafer Is Eager To Continue Assisting Clients Move To The Grand Lake Area As She Moves To Crye-Leike, REALTORS First Sales Office In Northeast Oklahoma

Grove Realtor Judy Hillshafer is no stranger to the real estate profession. Although she didn’t start out in the industry as a Realtor, Judy has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Oklahoma for two and half years.

“I have been associated with the RE/MAX Grand Lake office in Grove in various capacities since 2001,” said Judy. “I started as their receptionist and advanced to Administrative Assistant for the Brokers. After a short leave of absence, I decided to obtain a Realtor’s license and start my own real estate career.”

While Judy was a Realtor with RE/MAX, she earned the Executive Level during her second year in 2008. This is one reason it made it difficult for her to decide to transfer her license to Crye-Leike, REALTORS.

Judy recently joined Crye-Leike’s first sales office in the state of Oklahoma located at 1104 South Main Street in the city of Grove.

“I look at my new association with Crye-Leike, REALTORS as a chance to expand my Real Estate Family and be a part of something new and exciting in the area.” said Judy Hillshafer. “I have had nothing but positive experiences in learning the company and am enjoying being in our office with a great group of dedicated and experienced associates working together to promote the new office.”

Judy is eager to grow and enhance her own real estate career while helping Crye-Leike to build its Grove branch office.

“Because of my insight gained with the RE/MAX group serving in various positions, I know both sides of the desk so to speak – the nuts and bolts issues to make it happen in the office as well as being a dedicated Realtor,” said Judy. “I feel being with Crye-Leike is a great opportunity for myself, my clients, and the most beneficial for my husband and I.”

Judy is a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma assisting buyers and sellers in and around Delaware, Ottawa, and Mayes counties. She specializes in residential real estate focusing on first-time homebuyers and has also assisted clients with commercial properties. Judy has her professional real estate designation as a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI).

“I enjoy working with first-time buyers and helping them put all the pieces together,” said Judy. “First-time buyers are so excited and appreciate of the fact that they are homeowners – it’s an exciting time in their lives and I love being a part of it.”

Judy is a member of the Northeast Board of Realtors, Oklahoma Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. With the Northeast Board of Realtors, she serves on the Board of Directors.

“The Grand Lake area draws in many people at different stages in life from the young families to the retired who move here to be on the lake,” said Judy. “It is a great place to be to enjoy the laid back life style and it’s wonderful to help the newcomers and others already here find that perfect place to live. I’ve always believed that in order to be happy one has to enjoy what they are doing in every way and I still enjoy what I do as a Realtor here in such a great place to live.”
